About Freedom Christian Homeschool
Freedom Christian Homeschool is a private homeschool located at 209 Southpark Rd Suite E in Lafayette, LA. We provide homeschool instruction for elementary and middle school students. (Enrollment currently only open for elementary ages.) Classes are held Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm. Fridays are optional attendance from 8-12.

Hi, I’m Kayla, a Certified Teacher Who Loves Homeschooling
I knew wanted to homeschool our children when the time came.
Ever-changing policies and a culture that didn’t reflect my values led me to leave the public school system sooner rather than later. It turns out, other families were looking for different schooling options as well. So there, in my home, Freedom Christian Homeschool was formed.
We’ve outgrown my home, but have managed to maintain that personal, warm, and nurturing learning environment.

Our student-teacher ratio remains small. So students don’t feel left behind.

Creativity and exploration are key parts of our learning. So your child can experience age-appropriate lessons and expectations.

We even provide one-on-one reading remediation for students facing learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
As a Private Christian Homeschool, What We Believe Matters
Our beliefs are the foundation of what we do and who we are.
We trust our families are united with us in the belief that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin mother to live a sinless life and be raised from the dead for the remission of sins.
We believe in the Holy Trinity, and that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is the final authority in determining truths.
All lessons and discussions are based on this Biblical standpoint.
